BlackRose Open Diag Tool
The BlackRose Diag tool is very useful if your device is rooted or needs an extremely fast way to enable Diag mode. The tool comes with basic features but works 100%. I have tried it on a Xiaomi device, and although it showed some errors at first, it worked and enabled the Diag option in seconds once the device was rooted.

How to Use BlackRose Open Diag Tool
Download and Extract:
- Download the zip file and extract it to your desktop.
Run the Tool:
- Open the folder and run the "Black Rose Diag Tool" file as an administrator.
Connect Device:
- Connect your device to the computer.
- Note: Ensure your device is rooted before using this tool.
Scan ADB:
- Click on the scan adb button to check if the device is connected and to read information.
Enable Diag Mode:
- Click on the "enable diag [su]" button and wait for the task to complete.
- Note: If the first option doesn't work, use the other buttons provided in the tool.
Notes:
- Ensure your device is rooted before using this tool for optimal performance.
- If the first option to enable diag mode does not work, try the subsequent options in the tool.
